Nice to meet you! CloudNine (previously known as Studiole) started with my love for celebratory events since 2018.

I started from planning and coordinating events for high rolling casino patrons in Marina Bay Sands such as appreciation dinners, meet and greet with celebrities, baccarat tournaments, etc. Moved on to the wine and F&B industry where I started planning for weddings and solemnisations which I fell in love with. I eventually moved on to planning parties, weddings, corporate events in Marquee Nightclub, Avenue Lounge, Lavo and Koma.

All my experience with these amazing venues, vendors, couples and clients have brought me so much joy in this industry! Coordinating side by side with with you, hearing your stories and how you envision your big day with so much passion, really urges me to do my best to help you achieve your dream wedding.

For couples who prefer to handle the bulk of the planning themselves but still want professional assistance on the big day, our actual day coordination service is the perfect solution. The very first consultation!

Here's where we get to understand what your ideal wedding is like and also for you guys to evaluate us if we're well suited to run your big day. Try to ask as many questions during this phase. You can take the time to consider after if you would like to go ahead with us.

02 Confirmation

To be confirmed with at least 3.5 months lead time.

Once you have decided to go ahead with us, do note that a non-refundable 50% deposit has to be made to guarantee the booking, the remaining amount to be settled on the actual day.

AT THIS STAGE, YOU CAN EXPECT :

Us to introduce the lead wedding coordinator and create a whatsapp groupchat for easy communication
Us to create an account in That's The One (the software where we will be working on throughout the entire wedding - we will tailor the document to you based on collated information) > Do share all your vendor contracts so we can upload them here
Us to provide the following templates, you may proceed to fill in all necessary details accordingly
- Checklist
- Bridal Party + key persons + vendor contacts
- Runsheet (your coordinator will fill in in advance according to what was communicated before)
- RSVP list
- Tea Ceremony sequence list
- Vendor Financing

03 Planning Goes On

04 CloudNine Step In

3 months till Actual Day | CloudNine to fully step in here!

Nearing to the actual date, we aim to take ALL the stress off couples from here on. Communication between us is very crucial during this time so remember to spare no details when handing over - we believe it's better to overcommunicate rather than undercommunicate.

AT THIS STAGE, YOU CAN EXPECT :

Full involvement with lead coordinator
Us to understand your planning status and requirements
Us to be added into vendor groupchats, liaise with them on package inclusions and service durations
Us to craft and refine runsheet
Us to coordinate and participate in 1 rehearsal
Us to arrange 3-4 virtual meetings to follow up until the final tie-ups

05 Final Tie Ups

1 week till Actual Day

We do encourage to have a final google meeting here to go through the final runsheet - no major changes should be expected here. Everything should be ready to go at this stage!

Us to finalise the runsheet (with your approval of course!)
Us to simplify and disseminate the information to all your vendors
Us to conduct briefings
Us to generate and review all essential documents
Us to print and manage all necessary admin materials
Us to have all your AV contents organized and ready for the actual day

06 Get Hitched!

D-Day!

The day we've all been waiting for! On the actual day, we aim to allow you, your partner, your families and friends to fully enjoy the day, leave everything to us!

AT THIS STAGE, YOU CAN EXPECT :

Involvement of lead coordinator: personal wedding butler: your lead coordinator will remain in the venue ensuring that all is well
Involvement of a personal wedding butler (or support coordinator): your support coordinator be shadowing the bride most of the time, making sure the couple is looks good in their photos, adjusting their attire, communicating any details that may crop up - we act as your hands and legs, all you have to do is decide when that time comes
Involvement of assist. coordinator(s) during solemnisation/banquet reception
Us to ensure all your vendors for timely arrival and check deliverables
Us to timekeep and ensure clockwork coordination of runsheet
Us to facilitate traditions
Us to attend banquet briefing on behalf of you
Us to keep track of food serving timeline
Us to stock take of alcohol provisions pre and post reception
Us to oversee registration process with assigned receptionists or our manpower
Us to coordinate your walk-ins

Us to conceptualize and create a moodboard based on your pinterest board/inspiration picture preference
Us to vendor source (florist, photographer, videographer, bakery, doorgifts, etc.) based on your moodboard + budget and getting approval from you
Us to update your budget management file
Us to handle your RSVP
Us to collate all necessary AV items
Us to create whatsapp groupchats with necessary vendors/bridal parties
Us to craft and refine runsheet
Us to coordinate and participate in up to 2 rehearsals
